This trailer allows the customer to tow around his mobile office along with his BBQ. The front end has a quiet dry place to do some work and some food preparation and the rear is an open flat bed to cook the food on the BBQ. This custom built stage-kitchen trailer was built for national BBQ Competitors and restaurant owners Keto & Charlie McKenna – Lillie’s Q. Among many awards they are winners of the prestigious “Memphis-in-May” competition. Keto owns and operates the Lillie Q’s in Destin, Florida while Charlie owns and operates the Lillie’s Q in “Bucktown” Chicago, Il. You can be sure that we’ll recommend their deeee-licious pulled pork at either of the their restaurants.
